BARCLAY PROJECT
basement renovation / February 2012
This complete basement renovation included the demolition of the old flood damaged basement. Installed french drains, sump pump, and new concrete floor. Major re-supporting of this 100 plus year old home was also need to help the sagging and settling of the house. Many columns, posts, and support beams were needed. |

CATHCART PROJECT
dormer addition / December 2011
Designed plans and ideas for this project. Worked as project manager and personally handled all finish work. Project included turning a second floor attic into 650 square feet of new living space. This dormer addition features a master suite with connecting bathroom with a 7 ft. by 3 ft. beautiful walk in tiled shower, and a 11.5 ft. by 19 ft. additional bedroom. This turned this 2 bedroom 1 bath home into a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. |

This beautiful back yard paradise features a two tiered Koi fish pond connected by waterfalls and streams that flow around a large natural flagstone patio, and a TREX deck with a pergola to block the sun. There is also a bridge that crosses over the large Koi fish pond. |
